The concept, car wrap designs shown below were created by using Adobe Photoshop and editing photos of a Ferrari and a Mazda found in a Google Search. I was curious to see how my abstract designs would look on two of my favorite cars.
Using Adobe Photoshop through the years, I have developed my own creative process, which includes the use of the grid, guides, and polygonal lasso tool in producing colorful, geometric patterns and textures. Using the downloaded Ferrari and Mazda manufacturer’s photos, I positioned my created abstract pattern to compliment the shape and lines of the vehicle. In addition, I selected a three-color palette consisting of black, white, and an accent color. I leave the accent color to be determined by the consumer, so they too can display their own individual style.
When all is said and done, I think the concepts are sick!
